Tried taking my bow to another shop before I went to Grafton. The other shop didn't even measure me for draw length or ask my draw weight. Much different experience at Grafton - David got my bow set up how I needed it and I took my first deer with the bow a few months later. Great customer service. Best bow shop in the greater Charlotte area.

This is how customer service should be! These guys are courteous, not pushy to sell you something. They were attentive to all the customers that were in there. I talked through the issues I was having with my bow, they gave me there thoughts, I gave them mine, they politely corrected an assumption I made. I will continue to have my bow serviced there for years. Great store, super knowledgeable people.
