Simply delicious! I found this pop up BBQ location in Upland which primary does catering for events. After speaking with the chef/owner hearing about his passion for cooking as well as not selling anything that wasn’t up to par with his high standards. He’s even cooked for a few presidents. I ordered a full slab of ribs, pulled pork and smoked chicken. The food was so yummy!!!!

This is one of our favorite BBQ joints. Just a little hole in the wall, but wonderful ribs, chicken and brisket. The people who run it are very sweet and knowledgable and try to please. This is not a place you come to for the ambience (in fact, it seems that most of their business is take-out) but they'll make you feel at home and serve you REAL Southern BBQ, the way it should be.
Excellent food and service! Ribs were so tender, collards, mac/cheese and beans were excellent, can’t wait to go back. Truly a hidden diamond!
The food was EXCELLENT and the service was great. Nate and Ericka were excellent hosts, they didn't have any sausage on the grill and he went in and smoked some 4 us. The white bbq sauce is unbelievable, must try it on the chicken or whatever you want to try it on. I will definitely be back next weekend.

Place was off the hook was treated like a boss... My buddy had the ribs which were nice thick meaty BBQ sauce was great I had the hot links with baked beans and mac n cheese let me start with my beans.. They were so tasty had a nice spice to it and a lil meaty... The mac n cheese was also very good nice thick and cheesey my hot links were amazing nice and smoked everything was 5 stars all around service was great the owners were very welcoming even let me have my first taste of collard greens which were out of this world will definitely be coming back and recommending to all my friends and family can't wait to go back but wait there is more while we were eating the owners came out with a new product that I hope will be on the menu it was the tastiest fried fish I've ever had extremely well marinated had an awesome kick to it no dipping sauce needed to enjoy now I hope I get blessed with that fish again... I went their on Saturday it was very good my daughter told me about this place i live in San Pedro i will be going back best barbecue in the IE.
