Bought 2 paintball guns and more from this store in the past 5 years. Was promised lifetime labor warranty. However, you must preserve the receipt or the warranty card to keep your warranty. Hehe, an employee there (there is only 1 the owner) confirmed that the warranty is only as good as the life span of your warranty card. In the past they've looked me up on their database, out of a sudden I was told they don't keep a database. That's is wrong. But oh well I get it, business is thought and u wonder why.

Need to work on the answering system push 2 it just repeats the message push 3 and it hangs up on you. To far to drive to see if they have what I'm looking for.
Great customer service. The guy explained everything that I needed to know about the Airsoft gun I was buying. Also, the prices beat every other shop. I highly recommend going to this shop for paintball or Airsoft.
Their service is amazing and always willing to help If you like respect and a good service the paintball shop is The best place to go! The only downside is that they don’t sell HK army, but other than that they’re an awesome store!
