Don't purchase anything from this company! They will give you the runaround and never ship your item. Ordered a lpk it's been 2 weeks and ups tracking still says awaiting item. They say it's been shipped. I call BS!

Tombstone tactical in Chino Valley, AZ, is absolutely the best tactical shop in the nation. It's not the wide selection of guns, ammunition, and accessories that make up the in-store and online inventory, although, this is a plus. Nor is it the ridiculously, sometimes bewilderingly low prices, though, also an obvious perk. No, the reason I choose Tombstone Tactical in Chino Valley, AZ over any other shop in the nation, including their Phoenix location, is the service. Brandon, the face of Tombstone Chino, is the friendliest, most knowledgeable, and hardest working shop-keep I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. By stark comparison, the Phoenix location was a very unpleasant experience due to the lack of customer service. Because of Brandon, I will never take my money to any other shop or website. Period. From the time you enter to the time you leave, Brandon makes damn sure that your needs are met in full, and that you walk out of this store with a smile, a little cash remaining in your wallet, and, of course, the firearm that you never thought possible at this price. Thank you Brandon, for helping to fill my gun safe, and offering a world class shopping experience! Whatever you're paying him, it isn't enough!

Ordered a high-end vintage shotgun on line. I asked the gentleman in the office if he would let me open the box when it arrived to inspect it before he logged it in. With hesitation he agreed but he told me from now on they cannot do that anymore. In the past with shipped items to FFL shops this was never an issue. You would think that the shop owner would rather have the customer open the delivery and inspect it so they cannot be blamed for any blemishes on the gun. I have had this happen before when the receiving FFL shop dinged a expensive vintage shotgun gun I ordered. I have to say the gentleman behind the counter is great and gets 5 stars but with this policy by management I will shop elsewhere from now on.

Horrible experience, bait and switch pricing and high pressure sales tactics used on female shoppers .. Went in and was quoted 500-600 for a Glock 19 Gen 5 MOS. Before my background check was run, I was charged 764. When I challenged the salesman and quoted his initial price of “between 500 and 600,” he made some excuse and began pressuring me to complete the sale. I found the same gun a down the street for 589, and told the salesman to please cancel my purchase. The Tombstone tactical rep then began the high pressure closing tactics- he began offering to “price match,” but demanded that I provide him with the serial number from the cheaper handgun I was about to buy across town. I of course was unable to provide this info, (imagine asking another gun store to provide a serial number for a gun you haven’t purchased , over the phone! Was this a joke?) At this point I just wanted the awful high-pressure sales experience to end. I again asked for the sale to be cancelled , and my money to be refunded. I was shocked that they charged me before completing a background check. I asked for a full refund. This all happened on Tuesday. It’s Thursday and I still haven’t gotten the money back in my account as promised. It’s been 3 days and I am out over 750 bucks (675 a box of ammo!) because of this unscrupulous gun store trying to take advantage of me. While we have reported this fraud, we felt it necessary to warn other unsuspecting shoppers ! Ladies especially- BEWARE OF TOMBSTONE TACTICAL PRICE GOUGING, BAIT AND SWITCH, And high pressure sales tactics on women .
