Very interesting museum of what we could see. We drive semi and reached the museum 5 minutes after they closed so unfortunately, we were not able to tour the entire facility. Hopefully, next time we are in the area, they will be open. A very enlightening place to commemorate our brave military. Thanks to all who keep our Country safe!

Quite an interesting stop. A museum telling the story of General Patton and Tank Brigades under his command and training. There is a movie describing the tank training and camps in the mojave desert. I'm glad we stopped.

Thought we would only need an hour... We were still amazed two hours in. Great spot to stop with so much history. Great free overnight camping at the back of the museum.

My husband is a true war buff and a Patton fanatic. This little museum in the middle of nowhere is a perfect stop on any day's journey. The displays and memorabilia provide a thorough history of this amazing General.

Pretty cool little hidden gym. I suggest stopping by when in the area. Lots of neat tanks, old weapons, decades old uniforms, memorial walls and tons of neat info. My 5yr old was very impressed with the tanks.

I have wanted to stop by here for a long time. Finally had the opportunity after exploring a few of the camps over a long weekend. This place has a lot of historical artifacts found within the camps and displays of other WWII gear and weapons. There is also a large tank and vehicle section to explore. You can even get a good look inside a tank and have a real feeling for what these troops experienced.

Definitely the best thing the 10 freeway has going for it. Do yourself a favor and skip the rest stops, in favor of stretching your legs by walking around this hidden gem. Great little museum, full of Patton and WWII history. We really enjoyed our visit!
