Stringy Quark

One of our children tripped over our laptops power cord causing damage to the plug on the board. Went above and beyond to help us get this fixed so our child wouldn't be without a computer for at home learning. Will definitely visit again for electronics repair and plan on looking into the products they sell for a laptop for our other child.

Showtime Fabrication

We had the motion controller computer go down on our main Messer CNC plate cutting machine. We called Terry and he came right out and immediately thought he knew the problem. He tore down the machine and removed the suspect components and took them to his shop. The next morning he came back and installed the repaired parts. Problem fixed!!! The machine was back up and running within 15hrs! Replacement parts were no longer available even though the machine is a 2006yr. The MFG would sell you their newest controller of course for 18K plus weeks of downtime which would have cost us equally as much! If you have an industrial machine that has an electrical failure give them a call, he will give you an honest opinion if its fixable or not. Thanks so much can't say enough good things about Primo Technology and Terry's expertise.
