Chisholm Trail transportation is a wonderful company. Recently, I had the opportunity to interact with them when they provided transportation for my grandmother. We had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Their staff is polite, thorough, and thoughtful. I got to interact with their awesome intake/dispatch personnel as they collected key information relevant to the trip details. At the time of writing this review, we are experiencing the COVID-19 pandemic. I was happy to hear they were asking question to attempt to limit exposure. It let me know they care to protect their clients and staff. Drivers were very patient, careful, friendly, and respectful. They took care to ensure my grandmother was as comfortable as possible when they transferred her to the stretcher. They also drive very safely, attempting to minimize the impact of sudden stops, bumps, and potholes on the road as much as possible. I would definitely use their service again when the need arises, and I recommend their services to anyone who needs it. They serve a unique population which has limited transportation options in the DFW area. They provide a variety of options depending on the mobility impairment of the person. I know they provide transportation via wheelchair, stretcher and ambulatory people as well. Their drivers are well trained and specialize in what they do best: getting your loved one to their destination safely. If you have an elderly or disabled person who needs transportation, give Chisholm Trail Transportation a call. I am sure they will do their best to address you need.
