I am greatly impressed with Dr. Chlysta and his staff. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. Dr. Chlysta's bedside manner is stellar; which says a lot in this day and age. He made me feel very comfortable in the operating room which put me at ease. He is very personable and talks to me like a person not just as another patient coming in. He explains everything clearly and thoroughly. I wish more doctors were like him.

Dr. Chlysta and his staff are nothing short of amazing. They are such a great team who work very well together. I started seeing him in Oct 2018 in anticipation of getting bariatric surgery. I met with his NP, nutritionist and front office staff that 1st visit. Right away they got the ball rolling to get me set up for some of the tests and appointments I would need prior to the surgery. The 2nd visit I met with Dr. Chlysta and he made the requirements and expectations of his program very clear- he runs his office like a well oiled machine, so seamless. He cares about his patients, listens to them and answers all questions. He is a phenomenal surgeon and human being. I feel so blessed to have found him to complete my surgery, which was done in Feb 2019. I could not recommend him or his team or Western Reserve Hospital any more. He will always be held in the highest regard in my eyes.

I would recommend Dr. Chlysta to anyone that is thinking about having bariatric surgery. Infact, I referred my sister to him. I talked to different surgeon's prior to having the sleeve surgery in October 2016. DR. Chlysta and his staff were the best! They made me feel comfortable, were very informative, answered all of my questions, and addressed all of my concerns. DR. Chlysta and his staff are always friendly and professional. OMGOSH, I am thrilled to be a patient of Dr Chlysta’s; I had a TERRIBLE experience in another program and Dr Chlysta is helping me get to my surgery; I think he is very personable, understanding, very knowledgeable and to the point! And his staff is equally as friendly and caring as he is; I can’t even begin to tell you the relief I have after switching from the OTHER Doctor! Dr Chlysta has MUCH MORE EXPERIENCE and I am actually SHOWN my results from various tests, including Doctor reports! He is the reason I am moving forward and getting my life back, and his Nurse Practitioner is AWESOME TOO!!!! Thank you so SO very much!!!!
