I have done probably 10 refi’s in my lifetime and this was by far the worst. The first person I was working with got fired. The second person was helpful but they’re mortgage brokers and the hoops we had to jump through to get this refinanced was just ridiculous constantly having to refresh documents because They couldn’t close it in time. I had to have 2 appraisals. Hopefully this is the last time I have to refinance
