BEWARE, if you use them and there is an issue with your machine or the fit of your mask that you need to get sleep they could care less.YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. I called well within the 30 day period after receiving the CPAP for the 1st time and informed the representative that the mask was a bad fit for me and I ordered a different mask. I was not sent any confirmation that this went through. When I called the second time there was no record of my call or that a new mask was being shipped. It's been two weeks since the first call and one week since the second one. I also sent an email 8 days ago and no reponse. Do not trust this company at all to do their job, once you get billed you can forget about ever hearing from them again. Lastly, I'm a soldier on Fort Drum. I say that to tell any other soldier or veteran that if you got refered here as your supplier get switched immediately. Make the clinic cancel your order or cancel it yourself if you can. Or you will be stuck like me, with a CPAP you can't use writing reviews at 4 in the morning because you can't sleep.

The customer service is awesome, but if you leave a message for supplies they don’t call you back. I received my first order with no problem. I’ve called several times since then and I’ve waited at least two months and still haven’t received my supplies and they still haven’t shipped. I’m going back to my old supplier. This company needs a lot of help with their shipping service.

Our local medical supply retailer closed and Medicare assigned my mother to Choice for her CPAP supplies. I've dealt with them 3 times in 3 months. My rep is EXTREMELY professional and knowledgeable, and does his best to accommodate our needs. The SHIPPING Dept. however, leaves much to be desired. The office is in Utah, the warehouse is in Kentucky, I'm in N.C.. So I can understand some miscommunication issues on occasion. My first order was delivered 2 days after I called it in. But it took 2 WEEKS to get a piece that was incorrect delivered. Now, I can't seem to get replacement filters and mask delivered at ALL. I've called, my mother has called, and the prescribing physician has called. And I STILL haven't seen any routine replacement parts delivery. I truly wish their order/delivery were more streamlined.

Customer service has always been great and accommodating. With text confirmation options as well as telephonic customer service getting your order has never been easier. I thought I was missing an item that I requested and was quickly and politely provided the information I sought. I have a small crack in the water reservoir that may have made it until I was eligible but after explaining my concern Michael got me squared away instantly. Look forward to more interacting in the future!

I want to specify that this is NOT a staff fault. The staff I have delt with have always been very helpful and friendly. The management or company should really up their phone platforms to allow for better call management. Reaching anyone when you need assistance is frustratingly difficult.

First off, I want to say that this is not a retail location. They deal in mail order. I didn't know this and ran into Michael while looking for some supplies I forgot to pack when traveling to Salt Lake City. Michael just happened to be going out on his lunch break, but he took the time to understand my issue and really worked hard to solve my problem. He took time out of his personal life to help a random person off the street. This is certainly the type of person that Choice Medical should nurture and reward and I hope that they understand what a valuable asset they have in Michael. I just wish that Choice Medical stocked the supplies I need as I would switch to them as my supplier in a heartbeat if I could.
