Chris is an incredible Coach. Truly! Through the ups and downs of the last 9 months, he's been there with support, encouragement and accountability. Every new challenge became an opportunity for growth and discussion. Chris kept my goals in focus, but his coaching lead to conversions about my values that completely changed how I was tackling my goals. It's been life changing! I can't say enough good things about this process. Or about Chris. He's skills as a listener brings more to the conversation than just what's being said. I didn't come to Chris for Wellness, but he's approach was so effective that I can honestly say in addition to my personal goals, I'm in a better place mentally.
