Called 4 plumbers before I got a response. Chris's plumbing answered promptly and was very good at keeping me informed of when they could come out and make repairs. There tech was knowledgeable and polite,there work was professional and clean. We are pleased with the entire experience and would recommend them.

The first job they did for me they charged me 550, because they used a jetter they said they found a lot of grease and it probably came from the restaurant next door to my business. They said they would need to bring in a camera and they would do it for 175. I don't know how, but 175 turned into 703.50 on the their next visit after I had paid already 550 a week prior. They could not see anything with the camera on the second visit due to the grease yet they still spent a few hours in there just to come to the same conclusion from the first visit. It was grease that came from the restaurant next door. The second visit was not necessary, but at the most it should had been for 175 like I had discussed with them the first time. My manager did not know, so he paid the 703.50 cash and I lost my money.

Don’t trust this company! You need to hear how they handled the replacement of a defective hot water heater that they had installed. In less than a week, the heater where the electrical source was hooked up to started to get hot, make bubbling sounds and smoke. So I called them up to come check it out. They made an appointment for 4 days later, so I turned off the power to it hoping the hot water in the tank would last. When they came, they found water up in the electrical part of the unit where it was NOT supposed to be! They said either the unit was defective or I put the water there! They said I had somehow put the water there and to not do it again. A few days later it started heating up again where the electrical hooked up to the tank like before. I called them to ask if it was normal, and annoyed at me for bothering them, told me it was. After two more weeks with sounds and heat coming from the unit, my son noticed water coming from the electrical line hooked up to the unit. I called and they said get an electrician to look at it. Not their problem! When I asked them to come get their unit and give me my money back, they were going to charge me to replace the unit. Don’t trust this company.

Great company! called Chris's on an emergency over the weekend, my hot water heater started leaking right before my Halloween party, Chris's Plumbing sent Jose and he was at my house and installed a new heater at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company, great pricing and very knowledge office staff!
