I have been a customer since 2016, purchased 2 Grand Cherokee's. Up until today I was happy with them. For the last 3 Months I have had some sort of electric issue and I purchased extended Mopar warranties specifically for the electronic components. I have had the jeep in 2 times and it is still not fixed. Anthony basically told me too bad go somewhere else. I am astounded by his tone of voice and attitude. I would not recommend buying from them or using their service. They sold me the extended warranty but clearly have not a clue about repairing the items that it covers.

Bought my second pre-owned low-mileage Jeep Grand Cherokee in the last two years on 12/31/20 from Brett Karlin. He's the easiest salesman I have ever dealt with.
