Jim Moore was the best salesman I have ever had! Sold me exactly what i wanted and didn't push for more. Was very knowledgeable about the vehicles on his lot amd was a good listener. Would recommend his service.
Come on Adrian!? I called Adrian the vehicle service person at Chuck Patterson. I received a quote over the phone for a install of a OEM remote start. He didn’t ask my for my VIN or any needed info (that should have raised some red flags) I scheduled the appointment and when I arrived to have the work done, Adrian proceeded to tell me it would actually be an additional 300 dollars. He said “sorry dude” and looked at me with a very unapologetic blank stare. I drove 40 miles for this install and in my playbook Adrian, and Chuck Patterson failed miserably. 80 miles and 4 hours total of my day lost start to finish. Come on Adrian!?
Had an appointment at 8:15am. They didn't even look at the car until after 2. What was the point of making the appointment?
