Went to chucks to see about a new pair of boots and some boot polish or cleaner.couldnt find a pair of boots that fit but did get some polish that we ,my daughter and i,I, I felt the would work for my boots. The sales person suggested a small container that she said might be good, the price on the lid of the jar clearly seemed to read .99 cents but the girl rang it up 2.99 I pointed out that the price on the lable read .99 cents very clearly.she the stated that there was a 2 faintly in front of the .99. My daughter and I then looked again yes it appeared to us it was .99 but decided it wasn't worth arguing over, it rang up 2.99 and the salesperson said that was the price. So I made the purchase however, after considering the matter I thought to warn and inform others if you are considering any purchases from chucks boots, save yourself some time and aggravation, shop somewhere else. Avoid being taken advantage of. Consider the time you might waist and how low chucks boots might stoop to make an extra 2.00

1st time visiting the store. I was amazed at the selection of boots they had. Quite overwhelming at 1st but a young gentleman helped me out quite a bit by answering all of my questions and also giving me good recommendations. Will definitely be buying my boots here from now on.

I went in to Chuck’s boots about two weeks ago and bought a pair of boots on clearance they lasted about two weeks before they tore. I called up there I didn’t have my receipt they were able to look up my receipt and took the boots back no questions asked. I always take my business to Chuck’s boots when I’m in need of a new pair but that just solidified it. Chuck’s boots will have my business forever. And the staff was friendly and very helpful. Then 3 days after this happened the boots I just got had the bottoms fall off. These were clearance boots so I was taking a gamble anyway. But I brought these boots back up to chicks and again they replaced them no questions asked. And again the service was excellent. Jon spent about 20-30 minutes helping me find the perfect boot for me. And I especially want to give a shout out to him as he spent 20 years in the service. Again chuck’s had my business for life.

I bought a pair of Laredo steel toe work boots from here July 2020. Within 6 months the insides of the boots upper pulled out with my foot. Tried repeatedly to contact someone to try getting assistance with the problem. Called, sent emails containing pictures, I got nowhere. Will absolutely avoid this company. I ended having to go through Dan Post corporate office to get any type of assistance. They gave me a free replacement and that only took 3 days.

The best place in the Midwest to buy great boots. Already own 2 pairs from here and eventually want to buy a cowboy hat from here as well. They have rows of boots and also offer motorcycle gear and construction gear as well. But I'm there for the boots. Huge open space, plenty of room to walk around. Also have western clothing and accessories (jewelry, belt buckles, and etc...) check it out, you won't regret it.
