I'm putting three stars not because they're a bad company. I never lived there but heard wonderful things about Chuck's Rentals. I did talk to someone in the office before and she was very polite, professional, and understanding. The lady answered all my questions to the best of her knowledge. If I had a chance to live there I would give five stars..
Very attentive and responsive staff. For whatever size you are renting the prices are competitive with Carbondale rental prices. Unlike many other rental places, they are not solely student-based. There are two parks, one more young adult based and the other more family based. For whatever your situation may be, they will work with you to find the solution that works for both parties.
Great staff, some newer trailers, dog park. Have been renting going 2yrs now and very happy here
