Didn't enjoy my floor covering experience. The staff was in no great hurry to help and the carpet I finally found that I liked and then paid for, wasn't even available....the factory was out of business and the experts didn't even know. Had to make another choice which was OK but still not my first choice. Had to pick something else in the same price range and Im not sure they were the same quality. It took forever (almost) to get it installed and when I found a problem, it took forever to get someone back out to do the repairs. They seem to only want to sell to the really BIG jobs....not a three room job at a local residence....
It was easy to purchase carpet and have installed at a reasonable price. It doesn't get easier than working with them!
I found new flooring for my dad's mobile home.
