The customer service was always spot-on. I left my pod in storage and every time I needed access they were quick to answer and accommodate. At the end I didn’t have the pod delivered and instead emptied it at the facility. The manager came by and said if I finished that day just to leave the door open so he would know I was finished, and then he would process the closing. A couple days later I called the main number to verify it was complete and the manager had done exactly as promised. I have since recommended them to two others who were moving.

Horrible location that’s impossible to find. No one manages the location and there’s no phone number to reach anyone except calling the 1-800 customer service line. I only found it because a lady happened to work close by and showed me saying “oh honey, this happens all the time.”
