The phone ordering process should be improved for pick up. Its an operator talking when a person would be much more helpful. And when I do speak with the employees (especially a lady named Maribel), they sound mad or upset that I am asking for help on when to go pick up the product since the operator doesn't specify the time for pick up. Y'all lucky I love this ham that i keep coming back for more.

It was ok and the service was good. I learned something good from the cashier though and it was very helpful for the future. On that note I will give them A good rating. Respectful and even though there was a line it went fast.
Good ham sandwiches as well as turkey ones. I look forward to when tri-tip returns.

I must say, I love Honey Baked Ham. Especially the HBH store in San Bernardino where we have shopped for the last 23 years. Today I went to the H street store in Chula Vista for the first time since our move and had mixed reviews. The food was good— but Operator #1 was so RUDE! Not sure about her name it just said #1 on the cash slip. She acted so defensive about everything! She wished me “Happy Holidays” as I left but it would have been nice to have a kind cashier.
Picking up holiday ham, long line but moved fast. Very pleasant at counter, all and all very good overall.
