Scheduling appointments is a task, you cannot speak to anyone directly about making appointments. When you cannot make an appointment, you have to hope someone returns your call in time for you to reschedule if needed. When they call you back they lecture you, I will just find somewhere else to go that is easier to deal with.

My experience with Susan Asprey, LCSW, CSAC here was AMAZING! Very knowledgable, skilled and just an all around wonderful clinician. Would highly recommend her if you want a therapist who is able to work with multiple issues from life adjustment to trauma and that is a rare find indeed!

If you are looking for a counseling/psychiatric service close to Portsmouth this is where you want to go. I have been going here for 5 years. They are willing to fax Rx requests to the pharmacy so you don't have to do too much travelling.

Absolutely terrible. A friend of mine had the same experiences I did at this place. Both therapists did nothing except write on their pads and sit in awkward silence. My therapist wouldn’t even let me talk about what I wanted to talk about. Treated their patients more like they’re running a business rather than trying to help actual human beings with feelings who need it. Wish I had listened to my friend rather than waste hours of my life. Find someplace else.
