I was having an issue with this company and it was fixed with a single e-mail! I am extremely happy with the outcome and the fact that my issue was handled so quickly. I honestly was not expecting this outcome. I am grateful to be starting my new job about a week from now If you all are having any type of issues send an e-mail to the owner and I promise you she will fix it! I'm filled with so much gratitude; now it's time to mentally prepare to be a full-time employee.

This place is completely horrible. The service is horrible. Everything about this place is horrible. They don’t come on time when they tell you to come, so you’re just waiting for the employees all the time. They don’t pay you on the day you’re supposed to get paid and they really don’t care. THEY NEVER KNOW THE DAYS YOU WORK EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE YOU SIGN IN!! UNPROFESSIONAL!! I would give it zero stars but they force you to at least put one star. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT TO GET PAID BECAUSE THEY CAN CARE LESS WHETHER YOU RECEIVE YOUR CHECK OR NOT!
I went on 2 orientations, called numerous times after both orientation and was given the run around for weeks. I called today and was hung up on as soon as I said my name. Horrible company I do not recommend this to anybody who is serious about work.
The employees literally pass you by even though they see you waiting. They literally feel high on their horse. Especially Bianca with her fake eye contacts , she needs to get chin checked with that pathetic attitude .
Confusing. I went for interview for an position yesterday. There was an miscommunication issue. I returned today but I don't feel the issue was resolved. I applied for an company on the north side of Chicago. As I was leaving the office a gentleman next to me had received the orientation safety video. I never received the orientation safety video. I'll return Monday for an follow-up. The pay rate for position is reasonable and it's in Chicago
