Told me they could help went through all the steps waited forever then said they could only help with 12,000 down. After my cash price buy out of my vehicle was 25,000 I had 4,000 to put down they wanted to give me just over 14,000 for the trade and the vehicle that I was going to get had a 5,000 rebate they said to high of a roll over then I asked if 6,000 would work they said still to high does make sense with my trade in and money down it was already 20,000 which would mean my roll over would have been about 5,000. So I when I called back about the other 6,000 my phone call wasn't returned until I called Barry. Oh yes my salesman was Josh. Plus I got an email saying I was approved. Definitely wouldn't recommend!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. They messaged me early in the morning and sent 5-6 emails previous to discuss the car. I confirmed i was coming to see the car from the Manager listed on the text as Barry. I drove 1.5 hours one way to see the vehicle to get told by the sales rep that the car was sold this morning. They did not have the common decency, respect, to at least let me know that the vehicle had been sold. From 9AM until 1PM when I arrived the car was sold?? Instead of the manager coming to apologize, they sent a sacrificial lamb representative to break me the news. Treat me like a person and come and speak to me face to face and explain/apologize what happened and what they can do to make it up to me, would that not have been a rationale customer service action? NOPE. They ignored all my text messages after when I requested a manager call me, PATHETIC. NEVER GO HERE, IF THEY CANNOT EVEN COORDINATE AN APPOINTMENT AND CARE LESS ABOUT YOU, WHAT MAKES YOU THINK THEY WON'T TRY TO RIP YOU OFF ON THE ACTUAL SALE, STAY AWAY FROM THEM THEM. Who is gonna account for my 3 hours of driving, gas, and wasted time? they could care less.
