I used to use a different company for my toilet rentals and I needed some fence this time as well. I called National for a fence price and the woman I spoke to asked me if I needed a toilet as well. I never knew National had toilets. It doesn't exactly sound like a portable toilet company. The woman on the phone did everything she could to get my business. I have three locations with fence and toilets now from National and will always call them because they went the extra mile. Great company to work with! Office staff was friendly and ready to help!

I just wanted to leave a quick review to say how pleased I have been with the service I have received from this company. I can call them at the last minute and no matter who answers the phone they always make it work for me. The service is top notch and personable. I will always calling National for my fence, toilet, and storage box needs. They truly know how to treat customers.
4th time using National and they never disappoint. I have a small construction company and they are my go to peeps for fence and toilets. I try not to but usually call them in a pinch and they make sure to get out the fencing and toilet to me the next day. I am sure they have huge construction companies that call them for a ton of fence but they always make me feel important and I love that. That personal attention is missing in most companies now a days but not at National.
Service cancelled on me on a Friday afternoon and I was having a small get together to celebrate my daughters quinceanera. My wife was panicking! I called National and they were still able to help me even though it was so late in the afternoon. The delivery guy came and was so helpful. He worked with my wife to put the toilet exactly where she wanted it. He also left a little extra paper towels and toilet paper for us. National saved me that day! Gracias National!
With Covid, I was on the search for hand wash stations for all of our construction sites in the Chicagoland area. I called many companies and National was the best price and they got them out to me asap. They made sure to sanitize, empty, and refill the units every week.
