Disappointed with service department. Took my Alfa Romeo Stelvio in to be service for its first 10K service appointment. And left without it able to be serviced and offered to try other dealerships that accept GEICO insurance. My spouse was looking at a new Porsche Cayenne there. Expected to establish a relationship with this dealership (we are new to Cincinnati) but they have no interest in new clients. Gave them a 2nd chance after my salesperson wasn’t present for delivery nor ever followed up with us after the purchase, not even a thank you for your business. But the service department followed in the same foot steps. Very disappointed with this dealership.
