I've had major problems with my shed. Can not get anyone to return my calls. I paid for installation and was not impressed at all. This is a Heartland shed and the craftsmanship is poor.

We purchased a playset through Costco, and they are the contracted installer. Despite the various negative reviews here, I found Ken is courtesy, and actively communicating about time of installation. The installation team showed up on time, and done the job quickly and professionally. I would not hesitate using them again if the need arises.
If I could give this company negative stars, I would. I ordered a shed back in mid July 2019, including installation. I'm sitting here two months later after having been stood up three times on delivery and installation. The first time, I got a call right before they weren't coming out (but too late to cancel the day off I took to be here for the installation). I was scheduled for installation a week later (arranged my schedule to be here again) and this time was stood up without any notice. We called back and were assured our shed would be installed today, but were stood up again without any notification whatsoever. There won't be a fourth chance; I'm canceling the order with Home Depot.

The sheds are your typical sheds nothing fancy. Problem is you can’t get in touch with anyone. I have been trying to inquire about a shed for over a month called multiple times during business hours left 2 voicemails. During the 15 calls I made I only spoke with someone 3 times first was asking about the shed. Then they called right after returning my call from the voicemail I left a week prior and just now to be told that they already sold the shed. The lady I spoke with was nice when we spoke but had someone answered the phone on earlier attempts or even returned the voicemail I left we would have a shed. Instead we are now trying to figure something else out. I also know my Dad just bought a shed and he had similar issues trying to get in touch with someone. But I guess it is what it is just an insight that you will have to call multiple times if you want to buy something. They did offer to help me locate another shed but I declined because I personally don’t think it should be that difficult to purchase something.
