Will not be using this cab company again. Husband and I received a ride from a driver named Jay and received horrible service. The cab seemed poorly maintained and driver didn't seem to know which way to go despite being on their phone the whole ride. Maybe the driver had a bad day but still some more professionalism would be appreciated.
Great customer service flawless in my opinion. Ballews Cab will always be on speed dial for all transportation needs genuine smoke free transportation is so hard to find thanks again
I watched and listened to one of your employees come in to a store and use racial slurs toward the employee working, unacceptable, especially in this day and age! There was no reason or need for that type of nonsense to occur! The employee nor anyone else deserves that type of idiocy!
I'd like to first state that while I haven't used Ballew's as a service, I can definitely say I've had more than enough experience dealing with them. The driver in question was the rudest I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I had the so called \manager\ of the Ballew's company cut me off in traffic followed by a prompt middle finger towards me while I had to swerve to regain control of my vehicle. This angered me so much, I decided to give the company a call and lo' and behold, the same guy who cut me off answered the phone claiming to be the manager. We both exchanged some choice words, but I was both surprised and disappointed this guy's attitude is even worse than I thought. Upon describing my situation, he interrupted me, prompting me to hurry up my explanation. This was my first sign that this was coming from a guy who simply doesn't care about any potential clients and has given up on his business. Words cannot explain the lack of professionalism this cab driver claiming to be a manager expressed. Do yourself a favor and get an Uber or Lyft instead. People like the manager of Ballew's are the reason why the taxi industry is dying. I noticed this place has no Yelp reviews, so allow me to be the first to say AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This business doesn't deserve a cent of your money!
