I worked for BHDP as a COOP while in architecture school in Cincinnati. I love the office culture, as I felt as if I was a part of something bigger. They are on the move to make the office one large open area, where workers will be able to utilize laptops and work from couches, desks, booths, or conference rooms, creating a collaborative culture. The design is fantastic as they have acquired many high-end clients, while continuing to receive awards for their foward thinking design. I would highly reccomend this firm, especially as a local to Cincinnati. BHDP has been voted best among Cincinnati firms, and continues to expand.
