We checked on our slab over and over again because it was the only one they had and we had 3-4 weeks until our cabinets came in. We offered to pay for it, they assured us, they put a sold sign on it and nothing would happen to it. I came in the week that our cabinets are being delivered and she told me they still had it and it was positively ours. Later she called me and said Luis had cut it and sold it to someone else. TERRIBLE communication. UNPROFESSIONAL. Terrible customer service. DO NOT USE CAROLINA GRANITE!!!

I met with Luis and was super excited to work with Carolina Granite, however after working with them I will tell you I am so completely confused how there are positive reviews. Am I the only person who had the most lackadaisical service from them? I should’ve known when they asked to cut a piece of my trim out to make up for the miscalculated length of the slab that they were going to half-heartedly install our counters and backsplash. After that, I was extremely turned off and felt I needed to micromanage everything they did so it wasn’t thrown together, after all I paid a lot of money. After the we’re “done” installing I called Luis to let him know all of the issues, he was great and said he would send someone out to fix them right away. They never fixed them and there are major defects as noted in the pics. The kitchen is the heart of my home and now I’ll be looking at little scrapes on my cabinets and bad cuts on the counters, long story don’t try to save money and go with Carolina it’s not worth the couple hundred dollars of savings. Also, the guy that removed the backslash tile just threw it all on my driveway, but don’t worry they 100% made sure they hauled off old quartz. I could add more photos but honestly just trying to save some other people from get bamboozled by this company.

Couldn't make up my mind for months on what granite I wanted for my kitchen. I drove by and saw IT! The slab I wanted!! Had it installed eight days later. Hard to tell you how much difference it made, so I included pictures. Price was reasonable compared to the other guys. Great service after the sale when I had a question. Thanks Luis!

After searching for new countertops all day, I drove past Carolina Granite and saw the exact stone I was looking for! I called them on a Saturday, they came and measured on Monday, and I had my new counters installed by Wednesday (when most other places were scheduling at least 2-3 weeks out). The installers were fast and friendly!

Excellent value, quickest from time of measurements to time of installation. The price was very competitive. They beat their competitors on the time to install by weeks in most cases. Extremely happy with Carolina Granite.
