I got my Picture Is, Tuesday September 29,2020. I didn't like what I experienced. I gave them my old I'd, the last ask for my Birth Certificate. I didn't have it. That's just crazy, when I went 4 years ago to get my ID all I had to do was give my old I'd. I got my new ID same day . Today I was given a temporary paper I'd, said in 28 days my ID would come in the mail. Also I wear glasses near before did I ever take my glasses off, to get my picture taken. Today I had to take off my glasses. Before I got to choose from two or three pictures to decide which picture I wanted. Not today, no glasses on, not happy with the picture . So Beware If You Wear Glasses All The Time, You Won't Be Able To Have Them On When Picture Is Taken!!!!!!
I renewed my license during COVID restrictions, and found the staff extremely professional, courteous, and helpful. They were absolutely on top of sanitizing their service window areas between customers.
Very fast and efficient service. I had no wait at 10:00 am.
