Esoteric Brewing will be taproom experience of sophistication & enlightenment. We want to elevate the beer palate, elevate the culture of our employees, and elevate the community around us. We've selected our location to be in Walnut Hills overlooking the Cincinnati skyline. We'll specialize in traditional style and Belgian beers all served in the proper glassware. The Paramount carries a special significance to Cincinnati being less than a mile from downtown, between two universities, and in a neighborhood that was once considered the major shopping destination of the city. Peebles Corner was once a mecca for Cincinnati, but fell into hard times, and the building went into disrepair. The Esoteric lotus carries deep symbolic meaning to us. In nature, the lotus comes from dark murky waters and struggles its way to the top to blossom into a form that represents purity & harmony. In a similar way, we feel this represents the struggle of our beloved Walnut Hills, and the brewery at its peak will symbolically be a part of the elevation of this great neighborhood.
