To my joy, I have thus far found the driver to be on time, professional, courteous and helpful to my child. Route 917, you are doing an exceptional job! First Student Charter buses were a fantastic choice for transportation for our guests on our wedding day!! They were affordable, efficient, on time, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. When our wedding ran a little over the expected end time and we wanted to give our guests a little more time to get ready, we were able to easily call and shift the pick-up time at our hotel for the guests. They were fantastic, and we would highly recommend them for your transportation needs!

My granddaughter was at the bus stop 15 to 20 minutes early she waited 15 to 20 minutes after the time the bus supposed to had arrived the bus never came when calling the bus company they pretend like they don't know what you're talkin about you have the card they mailed to your home and they saying there's a problem with the bus number on the card you have now we're talkin about a 7 year old little girl out here in the world waiting on the bus don't know what to do her parents are late for work because now they have to take her to school and no one is being responsible no one is accepting responsibility and the same thing happened last year all last year we had rudeness bus driver that wasn't on time when you called the company you got the same type of rudeness they never get back with you about this problem and something needs to be done even if it means Cincinnati public School changing their bus service this is important, someone please help in this situation something bad is going to happen to these children out here that's waiting on buses that never show up
