The guy who came out for the estimate was great, the process of getting scheduled is that you have to send them your estimate. I sent in my estimate with a follow up email, never heard back then I emailed again without a response. I finally called and he found my estimate and said well I have it now I need your deposit info. There was no explanation for the 2 ignored emails. Extremely poor customer service.
We used Cincinnati Glass Block for 4 basement windows and their installation was fast / neat and they arrived promptly for the appointment. Chuck was the estimator and he confirmed the size for the windows. Johnny and Patrick installed the windows today and they did a great job. The glass block windows are a big improvement. We highly recommend this company.
Nice place. Fast service and good prices
Do NOT recommend. Due to poor installation and forgetting to put the vents in, our windows needed to be done twice. Even though the second install was better .. there is an inch and a half of mortar only at the top of the window. Mortar was left all around the window frame and sill from first install. Sloppy work. Save your money, do not use this company.
