GCWW once shut off my water for my house instead of the next door neighor's - was Thanksgiving weekend - I was out of town,but had two familty member's arriving to stay at my house and they called me that no water. The monthly billing is a big waste of paper and postage.

Went on a tour at the old water works facility and it was quite interesting. They took you on a tour of the old pump house and explained the history of the water works company and how it was built.

Well, they did some work on a busted pipe on under our property and refilled our front yard with gravel. It has been an entire year of promises of restoration and calling back with updates and it still is not done. I understand delays due to Covid... but an entire year? This is an absolute joke.

The water works website is the absolute worst in the world for making payments. They took something incredibly simple and made it stupid. I end up making double payments all the time. The amount owed never seems to update properly. It's so horrible!

MIght as well no even have a website option for bill pay. So slow that you cannot get through set up for bill pay.
