I showed up for a beginner's class and nobody was there. There was not any signs posted as the website said there would be. I tried to contact Raplh via E-mail..... no response! Thanks!

I am only two weeks into my experience as a beginner, and I am very encouraged. Shifu Ralph's instructional style balances focused discipline with understanding of each student's unique ability. As the most senior and least slender attendee, I have not been pushed to do any more than that of which I am able. It is clear that the mission at \Have Qi Will Travel\ is for each student to have a fulfilling experience.

Ralph Dehner has extensive training which he shares unselfishly. Capable of training the beginner to the advanced student in the same class and not anyone feeling wanting for learning. Patient, fun. Worth every bit of your time and investment to attend a class taught by Ralph.

Students who begin any new Tai Chi/Qigong class bring various abilities to it but in Ralph’s classes they don’t realize their differences when he’s teaching. Now THAT’S a good teacher! He has a specific way of breaking down the movements so that everyone benefits. When I attend any of Ralph’s classes, whether for something new or for a review, I feel like the additional information I get pushes me further to the goals I have for my practice. I look forward to attending his classes when the time & place magically fall together so I can.
