After posting my original review our inspector came out for a reinspect. HELP had not cleaned the furnace as requested along with maintenance. They only checked the furnace and I had to hire another company to clean the inside of the furnace. When I called I was told they only checked it because I was selling the property and that's what they \thought\ I needed instead of what I requested. I don't need a company to second guess me. Since I was not at home during the appointment I was not able to check behind the technician. You can not trust this company to do what you ask. I withdraw any and all recommendations.

HELP Home Services were a life saver!!!! They were the only ones who could assist me and come out to my home in reasonable timing! I was having some clogging issues with my bath tub and toilet, their technician Bethany was súper professional, friendly, polite, positive, knowledgeable and had great communication! She made the process easy and smooth made sure I knew what type services she was going to perform, answered all my questions and concerns. Even recommended a lot of things such as future services and promotions! Lastly she fixed the problem and my toilet and bathtub are back working!!! If it wasn’t for HELP i would’ve had to spend money on a hotel which I could not afford to do.. so Thank you all for your hard work and services greatly appreciated!! Sincerely a satisfied happy customer

These guys are not the cheapest, but they're easily the best. Super professional, very friendly, and will stay until they figure out how to fix the issue. During these COVID times, they're also taking all appropriate measures. Already used them for two issues. Both times have been satisfied. Classy professionals, classy company.

I have a maintenance contract with Help Plumbing, Heating today service was maintenance on my heating system. The work was done by Jeff Luce. To start off Help contacted me to remind me it was time for my service and I had no problem getting a day and time that worked with my schedule. Their dispatcher contacted me a few hours before my scheduled time to see if I could accommodate the technician arriving early which I wasn't. But I was flexible on the backend so I told them to go ahead a leap frog over me they said thanks and promised to call asap. I received the call back and the technician arrived only 30 min after my scheduled time. The technician was clean, knowledgeable and respectful told me how long he would take and he almost nailed it. The technician clearly explained what he did, what he found and what my options are. I will continue to use and recommend HELP Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Drains

Matt P arrived right on time, was respectful of our space and was extremely thorough during my AC system tune-up. His trainee was also very polite and inquisitive, and Matt walked him through each step explaining everything. I continue to be impressed by the quality of service I receive from HELP.
