Caused thousands of dollars of property damage at my company, it's been 6 months and I have been getting the runaround ever since. Now they won't even answer calls. Last time I'll use or suggest them. Edit: They finally corrected the issue, but it still took 6 months of begging for help and ONLY got a response after writing this review.

This is the worst company with the worst customer service. GO TO SHRED-IT! I hope I never have to deal with these people again and I work for a HUGE company. This is ridiculous.
