Just had the best shoe buying experience in a long time! I was a little nervous because I’m not a runner anymore, but I needed more supportive shoes than what I was finding on clearance lately. They were so friendly, sized me and evaluated my gait and made recommendations. JackRabbit had a huge variety in stock, but it wasn’t overwhelming with the great staff. She was so patient while I went back and forth between a couple of pairs and asked for different colors. Very happy with my purchase and glad to find such a great, local business.

I really needed a good pair of shoes due to the increased walking I have been doing during covid. My feet were getting sore after 5 miles so i knew it was time for new kicks. I wanted some expert advice and quality equipment since walking has taken place of going to the gym. Jackrabbit totally hooked me up. The young sales lady examined my old shoes for wear patterns and suggested a few pairs to try out. She also showed me some inserts. I can be hard headed and stubborn but I fought that impulse and took her advice. I'm really glad I did. I'm walking farther and faster than before without painful feet afterwards. Thanks JackRabbit and my dogs thank you too.
I went here for the first time after several great reviews from friends in the area, and I can only describe it as magical. I walked in and was asked what I was looking for, I explained the things I wanted in a shoe (running/everyday work shoe, my budget, cushion, and support), and the man working there came back with several options for me. I really liked the fit of one pair, but not the color, so he checked the back to ensure they didn’t have any other colors, and VOILÁ - he finds the perfect color for me that he didn’t even know they had! This whole process took 15 minutes, was COVID-safe, and set me up with perfect shoes. I am so grateful for their personal touch and extensive knowledge!
The employees clearly hate their job and unfortunately, this translates to poor customer service. I don't expect a fake cheerful attitude to coax me into purchasing an item, but it shouldn't feel like I'm like pulling teeth to get decent customer service. If you have any questions involving a specific shoe type for your feet - save yourself the effort in deciphering their mumbled \I don't know\ responses and either Google it or go to Fleet Feet.
Have been a help.with my son's running from the start always with the right fit. Staff has been knowledgeable and kind .
