Great sales experience. Rarely does an important decision like purchasing a vehicle go without issues. I did have a couple of issues during the purchasing process after I arrived to close the deal however Jeff Wyler Nissan in good faith made it right by offering concessions. They could have just as easily said “we’ll sell this car the next person in line” but they didn’t . They really wanted to make the situation right and they did even though they didn’t have to. Thanks for the great experience . Ask for Mike Wiltzius !!

I am never going to another Jeff Wyler as I have never dealt with a dealership more shady than this one. I thought it was interesting that they had the lowest prices on almost all their different cars, but once we talked numbers it all made sense. First, they try to sell you 2,000 worth of unnecessary, useless “accessories”. Then after you say you don’t want it, they say you HAVE to pay for the 995 accessories (COVID Sanitizing, oil cleaner, and the pulse brake light they falsely claim will be required by law soon) because they have the car listed online under cost. After “negotiating” they asked if I would be willing to finance with them so they can take the price of the car down. They couldn’t match my rate so their “final offer” was a higher interest rate than my preapproval and 250 worth of these unnecessary accessories.

Mike the manager and my advisor Shawn and their amazing service crew always take great care of me and the Kicks. They always go above and beyond to make certain your requests are taken care of. The Wyler Care package they offer is a great value. 149 takes care of 3 fully synthetic oil changes, tire rotations and their multi-point inspection. I wouldn’t take my Nissan Kicks anywhere else for service

Recently made my first purchase with the Jeff Wyler family. They seem to price their vehicles fairly. The staff were friendly and professional. I would have given a five star rating, but I did not appreciate them trying to get us to pay almost 1000.00 for disinfecting the vehicle, fluid additives and a blinking tail light. These all seem to be the cost of being in the car selling business and shouldn't be on the customer to pony up. Luckily we were able to negotiate those items out of the deal.
