Purchased a starter for a customer's vehicle from here. Six weeks later, our customer returned complaining of a intermittent no start - just clicks. Determined it was a faulty starter, obviously had a bad spot in it. Contacted customer service and was told to purchase another starter and they would refund the cost when they received the defective unit. Returned the defective unit and after getting the run around with customer service and never given a straight answer, out of the blue the starter was mailed back to us a month later with a note saying "no problem found". If they think we are swapping starters for the fun of it, they are out of their mind. Funny the customer has not returned with no further problems since we replaced the starter. We are now out the cost of a starter plus the shipping to ship the piece of junk back to them. IF YOU EXPECT A WARRANTY FROM THIS PLACE, DON'T COUNT IT! They obviously could care less about their customers after the sale. I WOULD AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS.

Accounts receivable needs better customer skills. I called about a billing question and she gives me an attitude. My sales rep is nice he always helps me out when I have any concerns. I hope they keep making their products in America, it seems like a lot of their parts are from China now.
These are the most patient and well informed technicians. They went the second mile to solve a problem. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Friendly and courteous!
J&N Had the best reviews on the internet and I know why. They were fast and the price was the cheapest I found. I will go straight to them next time. You'll be happy you used them, I highly recommend them for all your electrical needs
I ordered 2 starters from J&N which came in incorrectly. Their web site listed the oem # that cross referenced my starters and was wrong. They admitted their mistake and I was told to return them for a refund. Well.....that was over 5 months ago. After many, many emails and phone conversations with their return department, (Dicey Combs) is the woman who continually gave me the run around and constant lies. Finally, Dicey Combs told me I was out of luck because I didn't register with their company before my purchase. Do yourselves a favor, there are many companies to choose from, DON'T TRUST J&N! Take your business to one who stands behind their products.
