I was giving them a chance but yeah I talked to them about my son's headrest not being delivered. They never contacted me back talked to his ot she reached out supposedly they ordered another one ? Over a year ago when we went to children's it was there when it was delivered it wasn't on the chair the delivery guy which we didn't go through all the box stuff at the time it wasn't all equipped on his chair either. It wasn't there why in the world why we want another headrest? He only needs his headrest while being transported so either now I have to buy one which shouldn't happen since insurance paid for one which we never received nor used or they will bill insurance again ! I am going to call the insurance company really thought they would fix this issue and yes I signed the delivery paperwork the delivery driver knows that stuff wasn't all equipped on the chair they are welcome to come look around my home for the headrest it's not here it wasn't receive.

If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. I was referred to them by the nursing home my mother is in to purchase a wheelchair. I started the processes the beginning of May-finally met with someone the beginning of June-gave them a check for a lot of money the middle of June and now on Sept 3 still have no wheelchair. They don't care about making sure the patient has what they need and just take money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Horrible customer service. Does not deliver products when they said they would, creating insurance, deductible, and payment issues. Then they leave you voicemails and don't tell you who to contact. At least the repair tech is nice. But go somewhere else, if you can.

This place is terrible for getting parts for a 5000 wheelchair they were happy to sell! Takes money from medicare and then does not order parts! We have been trying to get parts for this chair that the doctor ordered since late September. They say they order but they don’t. I have an OT trying to get through to them now but still to no avail. I would NOT recommend this company! I agree with John - at least repair tech, Jeff is nice.

Dealing with numotion for the last few years has been a complete failure, from a terribly botched order for a 25,000 tilt//recline chair to a recent refusal to get my current chair running.in a timely manner. They should change the name to \No Motion
