Not a great experience, would not recommend. On two separate occasions during our 60:00 the employees had to come in because something did not work properly. In addition, they didn’t even realize we finished the room at the end and we had to navigate our way from the second story to the desk and tell them we were done. Super unorganized. The room was just... ok. My group and I have been to many other escape room locations in Cincinnati that are definitely worth the price, this one however was not even close.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at an escape room and I’ve been to several different ones. Absolutely no creativity was put into the room we did (Backstage Pass). We asked for clues at least two separate times and got no response. When we didn’t escape they didn’t even bother to tell us how it was supposed to end. The lady working the desk was nice but she said she was there alone and didn’t have time to explain. It’s a shame they can’t even hire enough people to work there to make it a good experience. Will never waste my money here again.
