(1) They only have like one person that handles new leases. (2) That person does not communicate with you. No matter how much you call or text, she is \too busy\ to get back to you. (3) They never told me whether or not I qualified for the apartment or if my application was approved. It really feels like they just take your application fee money and that's it. The only upside is they do have apartments for less than 600 which in Cincinnati is increasingly hard to find. I'd really try finding some other rental agency etc if I were you.

I would list my complaints but it would take to long! I was amused at the high ratings received by some \clients\ such as Jane Doe really? Jane Doe at least make up a better name than that! But the icing on the cake was the review here from Justin Burkhardt...which by the way is their son. I understand family loyalty but if your going to write a false statement at least have a little common sense and use a fake name. (Except John Doe)this company is a joke as one person stated SLUM LORDS! If you find a good review you can bet they are writting them or having relatives write them. They want to collect rent but refuse to fix anything. They are rude. They are liars and most important they are COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT!!! I almost forgot to mention the bedbugs and how they refuse to exterminate properly so the bugs have been a ongoing issue. Photo of fridge was left (like apt.) Uncleaned for over a year second photo homeless people sleeping on basement floor because buildings not secured.

BED BUG INFESTED. ROACHES. SPIDERS. LIGHT BUGS. MOLD. ETC. * CMHA CUT OFF THEIR MONEY AND REFUSED TO PAY ANOTHER DIME. ALLOWED ME TO MOVE OUT AND ISSUED A NEW VOUCHER.
