While I was satisfied with the promptness they filled my order, I do not believe charging to drop off and pick up are unnecessary charges. OF course if I contract with you, you will have to deliver the unit and pick it up when we are done with it. the delvery and pick up should be a part of the charges themselves and not EXTRA charges. Also, a superior business model would be to prorate charges should the POD be returnable before the end of the billing period. So, to charge to pick up and drop off and failure to pro-rate charges are less than customer friendly and and serve merely to extort as much funds as possible from the customer.

No flexibility and terrible customer service. Couldn't request any kind of times for moving the POD it's just whenever they determine, also can't get the empty POD picked up in a timely manner so just have a empty one sitting in the driveway.

Won’t deliver our pod . Said I had to be there told me I need extra money. Been trying to get my pod for 4 months . Nothing

Bad customer, so called local supervisor never calls you or communicates with you at all not even to try and fix situations. Because of the experience with pods I found units Cincinnati. They are better.Great price, great customer service, drivers are experienced in getting units in driveways
