Melanie Parsons was so pleasant to deal with when I bought my 2021 911 C2. No games or high pressure. One ten minute phone conversation got it done. The agreed upon price was honored and best of all no nasty surprises. A week later my car arrived in showroom condition at my home here in Texas. Great dealership. I’ve dealt with them since they were on Beechmont, and they keep getting better. I still keep in touch with Mike, the salesperson I worked with until he retired. Now working with Rob Bernard, who has been great. I just bought my first completely electric car, and he has been extraordinarily helpful with anything I’ve needed, from choosing colors/options to setting up a charging dock in my garage. The dealership has always provided quick valet service for any maintenance or repairs, and dropping off a complimentary loaner if I needed it. I highly recommend them and will definitely continue as a customer.
