Place is terrible. Never forget the time I was waiting outside and this girl walks into the street and casually looks both ways, pukes, and then casually walks back inside. The place has this resident who only eats salad. He is like a big bunny, actually he owns a large bunny outfit, so I guess a very large rabbit lives there. Enter at your own risk. Just stay far, far, far away. and then shower every time you think of going there.

I really like the location. There's a good crackhouse down the street and there are plenty of prostitutes walking around most weekends. Just knock on the door and ask for Scott if you're looking for a golden shower!

I had a really good time at the Westside Estate. It's definitely a place if you are looking for that rustic feel in urban price hill. The residents are very friendly and welcoming. The estate is clean and nice. The first floor has some fun recreation activities next to the kegerator. The restrooms are well kept and spacious. The real fun is the attic, where most of the games take place. I would recommend hanging out their maybe you will even be convinced to play rugby. I give this place a 5 out of 5.

The beer flows like wine. Best New Year's Eve party and you always feel like family here!
