I have nothing but great things to say about Scott and Pam. I purchased an engagement ring from them and they walked me through everything and did an amazing job at listening to what I was looking for and keeping me in my budget. It would be a year later until purchasing wedding bands and they did a flawless job at getting us exactly what we wanted. They made the experience enjoyable in every way possible. I would highly recommend them for wedding and engagement rings.

After Pam took the time to find out more about my fiance, she was able to come up with multiple designs. We settled on what turned out to be the perfect outcome. My husband and I purchased an engagement ring and two wedding bands from Scott and Pamela in the past year. Pamela was so patient, kind, calm and easy to talk to. We came in knowing very little about diamonds, so Pamela took the time explain and show us all of the different cuts and varying levels of diamond quality. She patiently let me try on band after band. When I became indecisive, she took the pressure off the sale by showing me other interesting pieces they had in the store. Clearly I was not going to buy those, but it was fun to learn about them and try them on. It took two visits, but we settled on a beautiful custom-designed ring. Similarly, shopping for our wedding bands took two visits, but Pamela was always happy to see us. Pamela was conscious of our budget, even though we may have been on the lower end of what they usually do. We would highly recommend working with them! L&C

After going to the bigger name jewelry stores I decided to got to Scott Reising and I had a much better experience. When I went to the bigger places they showed me bands to choose from but they did not show me one diamond. My first experience at Reising I talked with Pam and she showed me nothing but diamonds. She educated me on the different colors and clarities. She even gave me prices! The next time I went I talked with Scott and it is obvious that he knows more about GIA certified diamonds than the salesmen that I talked to at other places. When I left I felt very comfortable that I purchased a great diamond and my fiance and I have gotten so many compliments. I would highly recommend seeing the Reising family Jewelers before you purchase a diamond anywhere else.

Great store and very helpful! I met with Scott and showed him my wife's wedding ring that needed to be repaired. It had to be cut off and well, let's just say it was a mess. Scott not only fixed the ring, but he cleaned it, polished it, and made it look like it was new! There is absolutely no indication that the ring had ever been cut, I was blown away. I had a great experience at the store, can't say enough great things about it.

Pamela was very patient and a great guide throughout the process of designing a custom ring. Both with my fiancee Katie first, as well as the second time by myself, she took the time to explain everything we needed and wanted to know about the various options. From end to end the experience was very low pressure and never felt like she was trying to force a sale. She helped put together the perfect ring/diamond combination, and even after we got engaged, they agreed to change the diamond setting from a 6 prong to a 4 prong at no charge. In everything Pamela did, she showed that she wanted our complete and full satisfaction. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her, and would recommend Scott Reising Jewelers to anybody without hesitation.
