This place is run by old people with a superiority complex. All of the instructors will treat you like straight garbage none have any kind of respect at all. They will fail you for anything and everything I’m not overreacting I promise you. They told me I had 15 minutes to take their test and then took off points for going too slow...the test is in a tiny section of their PARKING LOT. Then when I went back in the building to give them my papers they were joking about other people failing their test. This place is horrible please GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE

STAY AWAY!!! I get the fact that the instructors need to be stern, but at Seven Hills they cross the line! I put up my arm to shield my eyes from the glaring sun and the instructor threatened to fail my daughter in the middle of her maneuverability test if I did it again. I would rather drive to Toledo than take another child to this site!

This place is an absolute joke. I understand we all have had to adapt due to COVID-19 but the way this location runs the license tests is a total scam. You can do EVERYTHING perfect with their rinky-dink chalk-line pretend road they’ve created out of a parking lot, and they will even tell you that, but ONE mistake no matter what it may be will get you a failure. Then once you fail they make you take a driving class that costs from 70-200..so rather than DEDUCTING POINTS as they should, they’d prefer to give automatic fails for MINOR MISTAKES. Then on top of it all the way they deal with their patrons is terribly unprofessional. Constant attitude and belittling as if people aren’t coming in to better themselves and their lives. I would recommend anyone who has to go to this place cancel that, go as far away from this place as possible because all they want is your money and to hand out false failures with many hoops to jump through.

I had to make a wide right turn into the maneuverability, and when I went to straighten up. I accidentally hit a cone, failing me. The lady looked at me disgusted and seemed very rude. I didn’t even get to attempt maneuverability without being failed. She also took out a point because when backing out of the parking spot I went over a white line. I will never go here again.
