My friend and I moved in July of this year and signed a one-year contract, however Due to the pandemic we lost our jobs and we have no way to continue paying for the apartment, so we decided to move to New York with our families. We ask for help with some solution so that we don't have to pay so much to leave the apartment before the contract ends, but the administration does not want to help us. The only solution they give us is to stay until July (they don't understand that we don't have money to continue paying and we don't want to live for free) or pay the amount of 3000usd. The service that the administration of this place has provided us is terrible, we have asked for help since they should understand that many people are losing their jobs due to the pandemic.

My friends stayed here for a few months and they lost their jobs because coronavirus. Now the supervisor, Maddie wants to make them stay until the lease or make them pay almost 5,000 if they leave. However, they want to move out and don’t have the money to pay for this. The supervisor won’t even let them talk manager to discuss other options to have an agreement to find a better solution.

Nice place but very tiny walls, I went there to visit my daughter and we could listen everything from the neighbors. The infrastructure of the department is terrible and when we tried to talk with the manager she did not help us at all, cranky and super grumpy. Super disappointed, terrible attention.

I have been a resident at The Madison apartments now for two years with my seven-year-old daughter. We love all the amenities that The Madison provides as well as the convenience everything is within walking distance, school , entertainment dining you name it. The staff is amazing very informative of what’s going on in the community. They have been very supportive through these hard times.

I have had a positive experience in my short time living here. My apartment reminds me of a cottage as it is quite cozy and suited to my sensibilities -- it not perfect but it feels like a comfortable home and I like the community. Kim has been a great property manager and I hope to reside here for a long time!
