We had a pleasant experience at the movies this afternoon. Staff was courteous and efficient. Seating was accomplished easily and the theater was clean and set up for social distancing. The rest room was also clean. And we got our discounted tickets. We go here all the time. It's close to home.

Pathetic screen placement, especially in auditorium 3. Even the last rows have to raise their heads to watch the film, imagine the inconvenience of front row. Very small size of the screen spoils the fun
We love going to the movies at cinemark. Everything is really clean and comfortable. It is a great place to go for a date night to get away from home and enjoy new movies as well as some old classics for 5. Thank you to 2 employees who went above and beyond to help us find my son's ipod that he lost when he went to a movie a few days prior. Terry, the manager checked the lost and found and then went with us to check the seat in the empty theater. Conrad came and knew exactly where to look. He also let me son know how easy it is to lose a device when it is in your pocket so that it wouldn't happen again. We really appreciate the extra time and kindness and wanted to share our appreciation. Thank you, Terry & Conrad!
Every seat in the theater is an electrically operated leather recliner and are extremely comfortable.
I just relocated here in Centreville, Virginia from Aurora, Colorado and I enjoyEd the atmosphere of the movie simply because I felt safe and secure because there were hardly no one in the entire movie theater due to ongoing COVID-19 outbreaks all over the country and the local community. The Cinemax movie theater is huge and there were only three people, including myself, watching the 4:05 PM movie on a quiet Saturday afternoon.
