Ciocca is a wonderful dealership! Highly recommend!! This was our second car purchase from Ciocca and our first from Ciocca Toyota. We had a 5pm appointment; walked out the door at 8:00pm with a very clean, new to us, 2016 Toyota Corolla for our teenager. The whole process was extremely easy and very fair. The sales team was friendly and easy going. Overall, it was a pressure free, relaxed, respectful experience. (Completely opposite of our previous experience at a different large local dealership the weekend before.) Aside from the great price, low mileage, longevity, reliability and safety of the Toyota Corolla we were also very impressed by the Ciocca Promise with warranty and service agreement. It really drove our final purchase decision. The four star rating is because we noticed the driver side windshield wiper needed replaced. The service shop had already closed. So, Jade, our Customer Consultant promised us he’d arrange for a new wiper to be mailed to our home at no additional charge. I’m writing this before receiving the wiper. Although, I’m certain he will follow through. Be sure to ask for Jade!!

Just picked up a 2017 Toyota Tundra from Fairfield today. My experience during purchase was absolutely wonderful. Joel and Mary were a pleasure to deal with.They answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with our deal. Since I live 2 hours from the dealership I wanted to make sure everything was ready to go on the day I took delivery and Joel made sure it was. He also introduced me to many of the Fairfield Toyota team and they were all very friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great deal on a Toyota!

I just purchased my 2018 Jeep Compass from Ciocca Toyota a week ago and had a fantastic experience. Phil and Jess were kind and knowledgeable, and didn’t try to sway me from what I wanted which was appreciated. I was also introduced to the service team while there to set up my first appointment, and everyone there was just as wonderful.
